Mohammed Haleem Khan is a highly skilled IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Digital management professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He has worked across various continents, including the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, and has developed a deep understanding of different cultures, languages, and mindsets. Mohammed is currently the Delivery Head for Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) at Wipro Technologies, where he leads and delivers Remote Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Digital Lifecycle, Cyber Security, and Risk Services to various industry verticals globally, including Banking, Insurance, Transportation, Telecom, Media, Retail, Healthcare, Energy, and Utilities. Mohammed is proficient in Enterprise Architecting, Program & Project Management, Practice and Delivery Management, and defining business strategy and strategy execution. He has a proven track record of managing and leading large teams for running successful business operations and developing procedures and service standards for business excellence. He is also skilled in solutioning and executing complex IT Transformation & Systems Integration Programs to enhance Service excellence, business performance, and cost leadership. Mohammed has transitioned 95% of processes remotely, leading to maximum operating margins in the Network, Data center, and Security domains. Prior to his current role, Mohammed was the Head of Service Delivery for Workforce Management, Cybersecurity, and Risk Services (CRS) at Wipro, where he led a host of global transformational services for a smooth transition from Europe to India at a very large scale (500+ people). He has also worked as the Director of IT Global Command Center at First Data Corporation, where he ensured consistent delivery of critical services to global customers by centralizing core disciplines within Global Enterprise Services. Mohammed holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University and has completed a Business Management for Delivery Excellence course from IIM Bangalore and an Academy of Customer Excellence course from Harvard Business School. He also has a Higher Secondary and High School degree in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Science and Maths, respectively. Mohammed's tech stack includes Infra, Integration, and Test.
